If you’re reading this, you probably smell a rat. You look around the bullshit and stress of your life and you think: There’s no way it has to be like this. Like a critical mass of people today, you are coming to a deep, sometimes disturbing, recognition that the majority of the bullshit in your life is just that: bullshit.

Many, if not most, of the events, constraints, obligations, beliefs, tasks and conditioning in your life are showing their true colors: surprise! They’re bullshit. They’re actually unnecessary, not only unnecessary but counterproductive, not only counterproductive but actively detrimental to your happiness, your purpose and your life itself.

For a long time, a combination of fear, dependence and conditioning kept you from seeing the bullshit for what it really was, but now, you can’t put the cat back in the bag.
