I find this critique a bit confusing. The five defining features of capitalism --not according to an anti-capitalist's critique of capitalism, but according to its definition-- are a private ownership of land and resources (as opposed to cooperatively sharing them), economic classes that differentiate owners and workers (as opposed to a non-hierarchical society), the profit motive (as opposed to a care or cooperation motive), market competition (as opposed to cooperation) and minimal government intervention (which, as mentioned, can be shared by non-capitalist systems).
By definition, a system cannot be classless, based on sharing resources without private ownership, and centered on cooperating towards a societal goal of collective well-being and still be capitalism.
