lol it is above all a joke, but the phrase is from the show Community. One of the characters is in a cult called neo-Buddhism or something like that, and that’s his rank in the cult. Felt like a good label to say “I’m going to be talking about spirituality as well as radical social change, and no, I don’t take myself very seriously.” ;)
